FEES

Registration fee. Registration fee, not including accomodation, board or field sessions is 500 zl for PBS members, 250 zl for students and postgraduate students and 600 zł for other participants. Guests accompanying participants are requested to pay 50% of the participant fee – 250 or 300 zl respectively. The fee for PBS members can be lowered to 250 or 350 zł for one or two day participation respectively. Non-members pay 400 zl for one- or two-day participation. Students and postgraduate students who whish to apply for a reduction in registration fee are requested to send to the Organizing Committee an application supported by their faculty dean, head of postgraduate studies or disstertation advisor. Only one presentaion can be submitted within one registartion fee. The registartion fee submitted after 30 April 2010 will increase by 25%.

Board and accommodation. Organizers provide board and accommodation in the campus of WULS-SGGW. Full board in the student canteen is 55 zł a day: breakfast – 15 zł, lunch – 20 zł, dinner – 20 zł, official dinner (08.09) – 100 zł. The canteen will be open for participants from 6 am untill 10 pm. Accommodation will be provided in the student house “Limba” (information at http://adiss.sggw.pl) in apartments consisting of two single or double rooms (with internet access), kitchenette, toilet and bathroom. A single room costs 65 zł per person per day, double 50 zł/per person/per day The number of single rooms is limited..
Registered participants can book board and accomodation via edition of registration form, the link to which can be found on the Meeting’s website in bookmark Registration, Reservations.

Submission of payments. Payments should be submitted only after editing the registration form and reserving field sessions(if not reserved at the registration), board and accommodation – the amount to pay will be displayed at the end of the form. Costs of participation in field sessions must be written in the designated space in the form. All payments must be made by bank transfer until 30.04.2010. There will be no possibility of making cash payments during the Meeting. Payments made after 30.04.2010 will increase by 25%. All payments should be sent as bank transfers to the account given below between 1st February and 30th April 2010. There is no possibility to make any payments in cash at the Meeting. Fees paid after 30th April 2010 will be 25% higher.
